Child Nutrition Services
Our Food Service Department provides nutritionally balanced breakfast and lunch menus that also provide appeal to our students. Based on the knowledge that our students require a certain amount of energy from carbohydrates, protein, and fats to function properly, we provide menus that assure that they receive a variety of foods. This helps our students get all of the necessary nutrients and other substances associated with good health and clear thinking.

Your Guide to SUN Bucks: Summer Food Support
The SUN Bucks program provides financial assistance to families with school-aged children during the summer months when school meals are unavailable. Eligible families receive a one-time payment of $120 per child to help cover grocery costs, ensuring children have access to nutritious food while school is out. The program is available in most U.S. states, including Arizona, and benefits can be used at grocery stores, farmers markets, and other locations that accept SNAP benefits. Families who already receive SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid may be automatically enrolled, while others may need to apply. Please visit the SUN Bucks website.
