Our School

MIT provides a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM²) college preparatory high school. Located in south central Phoenix at Broadway and 59th Avenue, MIT fulfills a community need by providing a rigorous STEM²-based curriculum in an outstanding campus facility catered to meet the needs of bright, goal-oriented, and committed students.

Learner Centered

MIT is a learner-centered institution focused on providing the best in education for our students. We address the academic needs of our students through a hybrid program utilizing multiple delivery methods including the classroom setting, online courses, and labs.

Our students have great potential, and we expect them, with the support of their families and the MIT staff, to work hard and shoulder the responsibility of a demanding curriculum.

Mission

Maricopa Institute of Technology (MIT) is a college preparatory high school providing an advanced science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM²) education while challenging students to pursue personal excellence in character in order to serve and lead others. MIT will provide a comprehensive and rigorous STEM² curriculum through interdisciplinary work, independent learning, projects, internships, and college credits earned by graduation through Advanced Placement (AP) or dual enrollment classes.
